Biden didn’t really withdraw because:

A) he did it on Twitter, and 

B) the letter was auto-signed, and

C) wasn’t notarized, and 

D) it wasn’t legally binding, and 

E) Cheater Cheater Cheater!!

Yeah. That’s not how it works. Running for office is not a government job. You can walk away from your candidacy whenever you want to, however you want to. But, you know: coping.
