Ben Ginsberg was on a panel moderated by Margaret Hamilton, at the 92nd Street “Y”. He pointed out that Trump’s failure in 2020, and will be again in 2024, was a lack of evidence. 64 cases, Ginsberg noted, dismissed because no evidence supported them.

I bring that up because Trump is still not dealing in evidence, which means the best response to him is to demand he prove it. He can’t. He can only meander. He can only “weave.” What he does prove is that he can be ignored, because even his accusations are empty. There is no evidence to support them.
