Got out on day 3. Finally. Long line but extremely efficient volunteers (and lots of them). 70 pages of screens to get through, one for each office (this is Texas. I’m surprised we don’t vote for school janitors). So long ballot, too.The line at this Houston polling place for day 2 of early voting is pretty wild, & it’s been like this most of the day (& this is outside the 100 feet where we’re not allowed to shoot).

Democracy inaction, finally showing some action. Local news interviewed a voter who just wanted it to end, so she voted early. I feel her pain.
Two more weeks of fundraising emails, though. 🤢
