Jails in major cities in Texas are overcrowded now. Jails in smaller cities are…small. Numbnutz hasn’t a clue, and state sovereignty means he can’t force states to hold detainees. Besides, those 30,000 detention beds in Gitmo don’t exist, and won’t for a very long time. Long enough they’ll have to keep releasing people in the meantime.
