A) He’s never seen coal mining in practice.

B) He’d rather destroy the air with coal dust. 

C) He’d rather destroy the mountains to get to the coal.

D) He doesn’t know (or care) that black lung is on the rise again. And Trump’s cuts to healthcare funding for miners is making it worse. Does he know that? Does it matter?
