In a sane world, third time would be the charm, and impeachment hearings would be started Monday. Indeed, if the Democrats retake the Congress and don’t impeach Trump over this clearly criminal conduct (impeachment is not a legal proceeding, the Sinister Six has no authority over it), it will be a dereliction of duty and violation of their oaths of office.

Congress can stop him. But only Congress can.
