 The Supremes are hearing the issue of Trump’s authority to impose tariffs, and I’m honestly wondering if this 👆 will be on their minds. It’s a perfect example of why one person cannot declare war, or set foreign policy, or appoint ambassadors, cabinet members, or federal judges, on their own authority.

Which completely undermines the application of their idiotic unitary executive theory, so of course they’ll ignore it. Except they still won’t let Trump fire Federal Reserve bankers just because he wants to. I mean, aside from this:
