Re Flynn and pillow-head, the definition of treason in the Constitution is dangerously inadequate. There should be a provision including crimes against equality and democracy included in that category because the meaning of the Constitution is meaningless in the age of the Rehquist and Roberts Courts. As is the meaning of "war."
