Impeached, disbarred, investigated, prosecuted - assuming they find something they're willing to prosecute him on, I doubt that much happen to a Kennedy turned Trumpzi. He is second only to Hegseth in being a danger to life, even Markwayne ShortStack comes after Kennedy.
