Just to say that Glenn Greenwald points out that Sen. Ted Kennedy and I agree on something: the arguments to justify the wiretapping by the NSA could lead to people going free "given that the evidence is tainted because it isnt [sic]sanctioned by law."

Now we'll have to see how well the questioning elucidates this point, and other salient issues.
