Raising The Age Old Question

Why can women wear pants, or even dress like men, but men can’t wear dresses?

First Amendment challenge? This law is likely to be overturned on grounds of vagueness. Quick, define “drag. And carefully exclude kilts.  Or pink shirts. Or how a woman in a man’s shirt is not in “drag.”  And what about people in costumes on Hallowe'en?

I mean, you just can’t enforce a law when you don’t know what the violation is.

I'm staying away from plays and movies (a whole other problem), because I think this is what the Representative is going after:

You'll notice in that picture the man is in a dress, and the woman (mother, I'm sure) is dressed like a man; right down to the hair cut.  No judgment, but:  how do you define "drag" using this picture?

The Representative is employing all the subtlety of this "argument":

I just don't see how he gets there.
If you read that carefully, you’ll find the Rep. failed to get his bill “protecting” children from sex change operations out of the House in 2021. Leading with that is a sure sign he doesn’t expect this to get far, either. But thanks for paying attention.
