I think this is where it started; but I can’t be sure. Good enough for our narrative purposes, because this is how you say “Fuck you and the horse you rode in on” in a legal pleading.Trump has objected to the Judge Dearie's amended case management plan.

DOJ's response: "you brought this case; sack up and participate." pic.twitter.com/7XSkDEymjK
It’s also how you tell your opponents they’re incompetent jabboes beneath your contempt. I mean, that’s just brutal “you aren’t worth the paper” language.meanwhile, in the more "legal" part of the letter, apparently one of the sealed documents is Trump's objections to the Case Management Order and DOJ responds to those objections on the record by saying "quit fucking around. you filed the case, now litigate it." pic.twitter.com/fa71gXk4cR

In MAL docs special master litigation, Team Trump is filing complaints under seal for some reason, but DOJ is discussing it not under seal, so we can largely infer what Trump is upset about. 1/ https://t.co/BrGIC6df6E pic.twitter.com/lAbpFA5IUE

Part of that is about this:3rd, Team Trump doesn't want to brief something that DOJ says is fine briefing. They don't say what, but Dearie's directive had discussed a briefing schedule for any eventual Rule 44 motion by Trump for return of property seized in the search, so it's probably that. /end

Yup. The retired judge is schooling the sitting judge on how to do her job. Which she clearly isn’t any good at. But to get bitch-slapped by the appellate court so quickly, and then rebuked by the retired judge you appointed? This is going to get worse for everyone involved, except the DOJ, which is just slapping shit out of Trump’s lawyers.NEW: MAL Special Master Judge Dearie

- calls out Judge Cannon for clipping his authority to issue interim reports (which he writes was issued by Cannon "implementing an UNRELATED ruling by the 11th Circuit")
- recommends Cannon reinstate his authorityhttps://t.co/DYqgxb68mW pic.twitter.com/qUk4DyhtOA
Oh, no, there’s more:2. Judge Cannon has issued a paperless order in response.👇

It suggests the Special Master retains the authority to issue (interim and other) reports and recommendations. pic.twitter.com/nmvWcaVeMZ
Getting Trump to pay for it? Well, first, that’s fair; he started this, he should pay for it. But also: *chef’s kiss*! And Trump, if it wasn't clear, is toxic.BREAKING: DoJ has asked Dearie for another day to secure a 3rd party vendor to create a portal to share info with Donald because NO VENDOR WOULD AGREE TO WORK WITH DONALD. DoJ says they expect Donald to PAY for the vendor LOL pic.twitter.com/Mti6YdCYMp

— George Conway🌻 (@gtconway3d) September 27, 2022What all this means is that the DOJ is already in the endgame:
Trump filed this hoping for delays. Now he’s complaining to the SM that things are going too fast. Don’t expect any sympathy there. DOJ is saying “Suck it up, buttercup. You started this. We’re gonna finish it.” The judge is bowing to the SM because she’s in so far over her head she has to look up to see bottom. No help coming to Trump there. Trump was in a world of hurt when the FBI came calling. He’s only made it worse since.People are focusing on the preceding language, but this is actually my favorite part of today's letter. DOJ really wants that document categorization - and, more importantly - the sworn declarations. Not too much longer until Trump takes his ball & goes home, as explained below. https://t.co/6zsEbp5fjO pic.twitter.com/6AVBwRixkL
