You can add part time S.D. governor Kristi Noem to that list. She just announced yesterday that she was sending NG troops to the border (again).

And South Dakota.

But there’s been no rush on the border. And there’s nothing for the Guard to do there, even if people were pouring over the border. And even then, absent federal authority, they still couldn’t do anything. So this is all for show; and all to claim the governors kept the elephants away.
