Sorry, uninformed Kim. The school board is right. Thanks for reporting, Kim. What exactly are they protecting students from? Who protects American citizen children who go to schools that have been ravaged by the illegal alien invasion? Funny how they don't stand up for the citizens.
— Commander Op At Large CA Gregory K. Bovino (@CMDROpAtLargeCA) November 20, 2025
A state cannot prevent children of undocumented immigrants from attending public school unless a substantial state interest is involved. The 14th, by the way, applies to persons, not just citizens. But Greg Bovino thinks “illegal aliens” are not persons, because they aren’t citizens. Bovino is an ignorant, racist xenophobe unworthy of the position he holds.
Held: A Texas statute which withholds from local school districts any state funds for the education of children who were not "legally admitted" into the United States, and which authorizes local school districts to deny enrollment to such children, violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
(The school district did NOT go to remote learning, citing too many students who need school facilities for meals and other matters. So I have no idea what Kim is “reporting.”)
