"Lock them up???” It’s a question because Trump wants to hear the crowd chants. That would be reassuring to him, but he can’t get that anymore.

Another third: “He was only joking.”

Sedition is not punishable by death. And advising military personnel of their legal obligations under the Constitution and the UCMJ, is not seditious behavior.
