Falwell has already given up on the FBI gambit. Now he's hired "tough New York lawyers" whom he won't name, to sue everyone he can.So Jerry Falwell Jr claimed the pics of him and his son clubbing in Miami were photoshopped. The photographer was pissed and came forward with a bunch more pictures including ones of Jerry’s wife Becki. Civil discovery will turn those "leaks" into a firehose. Falwell doesn't understand the defendants will be able to investigate him. He can't want that.

This is just the stuff that leaks. What about the stuff found in discovery?
His audience would let him get away with it so long as it's hetero sex. Look at what they accept when its a Trump or a Reagan or a fellow but not rival hallelujah peddler.
