Except Sotomayor wrote about the majority voting in favor of the government, not Trump. Her analysis was as pertinent and proper as Judge Jackson’s remarks about the jury in the Stone sentencing hearing. And the only fairness Trump understands is when he gets his way.....on all Trump, or Trump related, matters!
