Trump argues it is, in a way, *good news* that the US now knows it has 1 million cases, saying it shows how much testing the US is doing. He says, "It's a number that in one way sounds bad but in another way is really actually an indication that our testing is so superior."

1 million people sick or infected is a good thing?  Why, because we have plenty of bleach supplies available in the national disinfectant depository?  It sounds bad, but it really isn't?

And when we hit 1.5 million cases, it'll be even better?
