Tell the Democrat Governors that “Mutiny On The Bounty” was one of my all time favorite movies. A good old fashioned mutiny every now and then is an exciting and invigorating thing to watch, especially when the mutineers need so much from the Captain. Too easy!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) April 14, 2020
a) does he not remember what happened to the captain of the Bounty?
b) does he think this is a movie?
c) does he think Greg Abbott is a Democrat?
Governor of Texas making clear he, and not the federal government, will determine when Texas reopens schools and nonessential businesseshttps://t.co/4TdPivRqQL— Aman Batheja (@amanbatheja) April 13, 2020
d) why does the captain of the ship think a mutiny is fun?
e) does he really mean to invite comparisons to Captain Queeg? (different movie, I know; but the same premise of a mutiny)

It's all a big fun game, this COVID/economic downturn thing? https://t.co/p6vwPhMd19— Maggie Haberman (@maggieNYT) April 14, 2020
Fletcher Christian, I don't remember where I read it but he was believed to be syphilitic. He and almost all of the other mutineers died by violence a few years after the mutiny. Everything I've read about the place makes it sound like a hell hole, in so far as the human inhabitants are concerned. Apparently the inhabitants agree because they seen to be leaving at a rate faster than their replacement levels. Maybe that's what Trump means to do here.
