This reminds me of when someone told a Twiggy as a young adult about the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and she was horrified because she'd never heard of it before. Only Twiggy was half Ivanka's age, had been a high school drop out in the appallingly anti-egalitarian British school systems and a girl who grew up in that very British kind of working poor deprivation. Only the 1960s media made fun of her as ours doesn't, Ivanka.
