While I appreciate the efforts to debunk this:Yes there is nothing more outrageous, more anathema to freedom and out traditions than for members of the military to be given commands. What have we come to? https://t.co/8SnibaCQsr

Ah, interesting: A week ago, PolitiFact debunked a highly similar nonsense article - with the 10 AM deadline and everything - that was published on a site that pushes false claims under the guise of "humor, parody and satire." https://t.co/LPG83C03td

I gotta say anybody who thought for a second there was a shred of reality (not to say truth) in it should probably not be left alone, for their own safety and well-being, and should probably get off the internet immediately and seek help. They clearly should not be in charge of their own affairs.Because my colleague @CraigSilverman and I are in the middle of teaching an online investigations course (still time to sign up! https://t.co/6RhWwkqk8t) here's a quick thread on how I found the person in this vid: pic.twitter.com/nutWk0tzdF

Ted knows the people who will be voting for him at any time in the future won't be the same people paying attention to whatever tiny amount of reporting is keeping up with his donations v. this tweet. The most memorable thing Ted ever did was read "Green Eggs and Ham" in the well of the Senate. He's done absolutely nothing else for 8 years except give lessons to Josh Hawley and MTG and Madison Cawthorn about how to stay in the public eye without doing the job they were elected to AT ALL, and will probably be re-elected until he gets tired of living in D.C. Or dies, whichever comes first.Of course, being Ted, he had to wrap it all in self-serving BS about not taking their PAC money. I am sure he will use the “I can’t control what my outside groups do" when they take Corporate money before Iowa and New Hampshire.
