During their search of the Donald Trump's Palm Beach resort this week, FBI agents recovered 11 sets of classified documents, including some marked as top secret and meant to "be only available in special government facilities," the Wall Street Journal reports.Around 20 boxes of items, binders of photos, a handwritten note and the executive grant of clemency for Mr. Trump’s ally Roger Stone, were on a list of confiscated items that was reviewed by the newspaper. Also on the three-page list was information about the “President of France."One set of documents recovered was marked, “Various classified/TS/SCI documents,” which, as the Wall Street Journal points out, is an abbreviation that refers to "top-secret/sensitive compartmented information."The search warrant states that that FBI agents wanted to search “the 45 Office,” as well as “all storage rooms and all other rooms or areas within the premises used or available to be used by [the former president] and his staff and in which boxes or documents could be stored, including all structures or buildings on the estate.”
Bretibart and the WSJ obtained the warrant simultaneously https://t.co/B3eKkhxANN

And I just have to do this while we twiddle our metaphorical thumbs:NARA is publicly refuting Trump's claims about Obama taking 30 million pages of documents—NARA moved them, they maintain them, and Obama has no control over them https://t.co/Rhzp8Dj8xU

Yes, it is built on fear. But who's afraid, exactly?Autocratic strategy is built on fear. What is Putin saying to Ukrainians? Submit, or I will wreck your country & kill you all. What @FoxNews is doing here is stoking fear of government to gain power. Once such forces have it, they do all they can to keep it -- eg, 1.6 https://t.co/WtPa3qkRmY

If that's your best shot, you're afraid of something you can't fight.Trump’s best defense: Stupidity. https://t.co/bvwmBGUZUU

The former President is under investigation for 793.

The hilarious thing is that since Brietbart doesn't even know what a Supervisory Special Agent is, they probably don't realize they've confirmed that Trump is under investigation for violating the Espionage Act.

Now we know (potentially; I’ll wait for the official release to be sure) why the search warrant was authorized. And Trump is probably in more trouble than anybody imagined.18 U.S.C. 793 - Espionage Act. That's for willful/grossly negligent removal of information relating to the national defense.

18 U.S.C. 2017 and 18 U.S.C. 1519 - that's for concealing federal records.
