This doesn't go to the declassification question (which I doubt Trump's lawyers truly make a strong assertion about), but it does go to misrepresentations by Trump's counsel, to the Court.Ultimately, it appears that the documents did not actually arrive in FL until late September 2021. FIN

The trial court quashed the subpoena based on representations made by Paxton. When the court found out those representations were less than accurate, it decided Paxton should testify after all.A federal judge has ordered Attorney General Ken Paxton to testify in an abortion rights lawsuit.
