Trump, an adjudicated rapist who has been found by a jury to have sexually abused Carroll, is currently in the middle of his second defamation trial for comments made about Carroll in 2019 that were similar to his statements Sunday night. 

Trump called Carroll's accusations, which have been proven true in a court of law, a "totally fabricated story," in his closing message to New Hampshire voters.

Will he go to court tomorrow and defame her some more? What lawyer wouldn’t consider it their professional obligation to put such a clueless client on the stand?
