A) a jury found that you did.

B)  you can slander strangers, which is why even Habba didn’t raise this as a defense.

C) Have your lawyers not explained this to you? Or did you just not pay attention? Either way, it goes to your fitness to hold office. You surround yourself with toadies, and you don’t want to know what you don’t want to know. Or you just don’t understand the basic facts of what you’re involved in.
