It’s the flip-side question: when does Trump start campaigning?Next week begins a daily ritual where a candidate who has averaged 1 campaign event and 6 golf outings a week for 18 months complains bitterly that his trial is preventing him from campaigning even though it will be held 4 days a week from 9-5.
