This is looking worse and worse. The victim's brother said that ICE agent approached from the passenger side of the car, stuck his hand in through the window, and opened fire.

It would actually help to have a full, independent investigation. But the “people in charge” only want to be in control.Yep. They're saying the officer ran up to the side of the vehicle and basically started firing blind when it didn't stop.
