"The Whole World is Crazy Except

Further and further away from reality....

for me and thee," is not really the defense the Vice President seems to think it is:

“For some reason or another, this issue of climate change has emerged as a paramount issue for the left in this country and around the world,” [Vice-President Mike] Pence said. “And through Kyoto, through President Obama’s cap-and-trade agenda, and then through the, in the last year of his administration to have America saddled in an international agreement in the Paris accord, I think put a real burden on our economy and our people. It was a bad deal for America.”
And, of course, the way to lead the world is not to tell it to take a flying leap at a rolling doughnut.  Although that seems to be Steve Barron's view, a view remarkably aligned with Christian apocalypticists who figure "Why bother?"

The rest of the world has an excellent answer to that question, but if no one in the White House will listen....
