Twitter as an agent of KAOS

But look, over there!  Chicago!

What does he mean?  Money?  National guard?  Army troops?  Reince Priebus to whack Rahm Emmanuel upside the head?

No, apparently he meant ATF troops (but don't name 'em, the NRA will go nuts!):

The Chicago Sun-Times reported on Thursday that about 20 additional agents from the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives had been sent to the city to combat gun violence.

The ATF agents work with Chicago and Illinois state police on a strike force to solve shootings and track down gun traffickers through ballistics technology, the paper said.

Whatever distraction value this had, he stepped on it with his next tweet, about "Morning Joe."  Yet more evidence Trump is a sooper-genius who controls our national narrative.

Or, he's the President of the United States, and his insanity is on full display to all the world.  As Mika Brzezinski pointed out, shouldn't we be worried about that?

“It’s alarming that this president is so easily played,” Brzezinski said. “What is that saying to our allies? What is that saying to our enemies?
Trump is due to meet the leaders of the world in Hamburg.  Putin is expected to play Trump like a fiddle, and Merkel has already thrown down the gauntlet.  Remember when we worried about Reagan reaching a deal with Gorbachev in Reykjavik to disarm our nuclear stockpile?  Ah, dim was de days!
