I'm gonna drop this here, because of what Trump has said. Context to follow:

 He's talking about deploying 150 federal law enforcement [officers] to Chicago. The police force in Chicago is over 12,000 people. He's talking about deploying maybe the equivalent of 1% of their ordinary active police force. This is fluff. This is politics. 

NEWS: Trump says he's announcing a "surge" of federal law enforcement agents into US cities, including Chicago and "other cities." He named Albuquerque as well.

A)  he thinks he's in a Bugs Bunny cartoon.

B)  he thinks he's gonna bust Walter White.

I think A) is more likely.
