If I hear it correctly Biden answers a stupid question (he's on a bicycle, in a mask) "Yes, I have" and of course knows the follow up is coming (he's been doing this since before that reporter was a twinkle in Daddy's eye) with: "You."
And the reporter is still gullible enough to take it at face value.
