(Cruz knows credibility is all the Court has. He also knows the Court only decides issues of law, not fact. It doesn’t even hold hearings, but only hears arguments. Cruz’s audience imagines a TV courtroom experience. Cruz knows the Supreme Court isn’t like that at all. They determine questions of law, not fact. There won’t be any evidence, any testimony. He’s running another con.)
I think even Alito and Thomas are smart enough to know that trying to BvG this would blow up the court. Maybe even Kavanaugh is that smart, or sober. You're right, this is FOX, Sinclair fodder.
ReplyDeleteI think Lindsay Graham is rather desperate, saying he'll block any Biden AG because he knows a Biden DoJ will be investigating him and he knows they'll find something indictable on him. I wonder if Trump will pardon him and the likes of Devin Nunes.
