Lawyers on TeeVee object because it gives actors something to do and because real trials are deadly dull. Objections create drama; on TeeVee anyway.
Giuliani is objecting like a TeeVee lawyer: because he doesn’t like what’s being said about him. I might object, too; but that kind of objection is more appropriate to the playground.
