And may we all be spared from any more "what-if/if only" commentary looking back on the Trump administration. If Trump hadn't been Trump, he wouldn't have been elected. And saying he was wholly unqualified for the job is no more a personal attack than saying I am wholly unqualified for the job. Trump was not in charge from the moment he came down that escalator. He never had any more understanding of what the position entailed than he does now. Trump keeps proving that, over and over and over again. We should all be able to agree on at least that much.
