...because I anticipated an early ruling from the Court on the Texas, et al., motion. Now I don't anticipate any action until later in the day, which is fine. The Court has to at least appear to consider the filings of all parties, like this one:

So there may be a delay in telling Texas, et al., to pound sand. It's getting very internecine out there:

This is an intra-Montana split. The state's AG signed on to an amicus brief saying the election in GA, MI, PA and WI was unconstitutional because of alleged state law violations. The state's governor argues it wasn't and that this argument would invalidate Montana's election too.
