Here's an affidavit from someone who "cannot supply evidence of hacked code. only suspicion. I have no evidence of the apps being intercepted or tampered with."

The only excuse for this is a con job. Powell is grifting these people as clearly as Trump is. She is wasting court resources and defrauding her financial supporters.The State Bar of Texas needs to seriously examine her license. This is obscene.
