We Admire Courage Because It Is In Such Short Supply

Stupidity, on the other hand, is like pine needles: thick on the ground the whole year 'round. Admire Crenshaw's argument: the cure for the error of "Authorities other than state legislatures unilaterally [making] sweeping changes to election law" is to get the Supreme Court, a non-legislative body, to...unilaterally make sweeping changes to election law. All cases have been heard (something like 55 56 of them) but the outcome wasn't pleasing to Crenshaw, so the Ultimate Authority of the Supreme Court should settle the issue. Even though the Court doesn't conduct any kind of investigation (he must be thinking of the French system! Zoot alors!) and has no power to change the outcome of the election or the date of the inauguration or to determine who is entitled to be inaugurated. But it should unilaterally make such sweeping changes to state and federal (and Constitutional!) election law because....Crenshaw's guy lost?

I can only believe this clown got re-elected because his district so resembles the original "gerrymander."
