He didn't use the "n-word," but what he says was racist, so did he mean to be racist, or is he incapable of understanding his statement was racist, or is he suffering from a psychological issue?

When the hell did it become necessary to read not only the mind but also the soul of someone who was lying their heads off? I'm old enough that I people who said things that weren't true were admitted to be liars? It it some stupid psychology thing or some even stupider legalism? If they say what's not true they are lying, I couldn't care less whether or not they can gull the idiots of the media into believing that they really believe what they're saying or not.
