Won't the House Republicans join together with the House Democrats to expel MTG for her racism and anti-semitism and generally insane ideas and beliefs?Lies of a feather flock together: Marjorie Taylor Greene’s nonsense and the “big lie” of a stolen election. https://t.co/ID4QL2ZPEV

None of this took place in a vacuum. The former president’s aides did winks and nods at QAnon, the president himself described them as people who wanted good government (as @jonathanvswan reporter). Trump took cues from some of his voters and then fed those cues right back. https://t.co/UuX03KWfFC

Houston, we've found the problem. And now she says she received Trump’s support in a phone call today, basically framing any action GOP leadership might take against her as defiance against him by proxy https://t.co/HubGLKgN1V

Well, it's a good outlook for the mid-terms, right, Mitch? Will take a bit for most to realize it. But with this call Trump has made Greene de facto leader of the House GOP caucus. She speaks for him and he supports her. So she is untouchable. Nominal leaders like McCarthy will fall in line and take her lead because they answer to Trump.

The GOP has found its AOC. Hope they enjoy her.Trump has splintered GOP leadership -- and it could be devastating in the midterm elections: report
