Know I Know My ABC's

A) Joining would mean you are part of a defined, affected class, and the lawyers don't want to put the work in on that aspect of their suit. It takes years, lots of effort, and they know their suit is bogus.  This is a blunt statement they aren't going to waste time prosecuting the suit they just filed, and never intended to.

B) see A-2.

C) Yes, there should be sanctions for this kind of thing. As this is even more blatant than the one in MI (?: or was it WI? Or MN? Who remembers?) that has Powell and Woods and others being dragged before an angry Federal judge, the same thing could happen here.   Correction:  should happen here.  The courts have an obligation to shut down lawsuits meant solely as fund-raising operations.  This is a gross abuse of the process and the system.*  The evidence for that in this case, as I said, really couldn't be any clearer.

D) But will it?  Depends on the Florida judge.  Entirely.  Do not BEGIN to think that C=F-Sanctions for Trump's new lawyers.  There is no commutative principle at work here.  Not even an associative one.  There aren't nearly enough principles involved here at all.

*Well, that's my argument, anyway.  Doesn't mean the courts would agree with me.

  1. I think in this we see the TV created conception that believes "class action lawsuits" are bigger, better and than plain old lawsuits. I'm sure that's what Trump's use of the term signifies. TV makes people stupider.
