Per A Double Super Secret Provision...

...of the Constitution that is kept in a vault buried beneath the Smithsonian that only sitting Presidents have access to, and if they even acknowledge its existence in public to anyone, they are quietly assassinated. Which is why former Presidents don't live very long,or if they do, they go mad (like Reagan).

There is no Alzheimer's.  There are only CIA mind control drugs.
