Relevant only if Trump is charged based on evidence found under this warrant. And even then burden of proof is on Trump. Of course, the minute the affidavit is produced, this  “defense” evaporates. But the others being bandied about don’t last that long (i.e., they don’t get to the courthouse door), so this one is that much better.
