I’m honestly not sure how this affects the civil suit Ms. Cook filed to keep her job. I can conjecture, but I don’t know the content of the pleadings. It certainly eviscerates the “for cause” defense, so I think this moves the case closer to summary judgment (where thus videos a) likely to come up; and b) where Reuters probably got it.

Now, is Trump’s feral cunning enough to cause Pulte to be thrown into the place of wailing and gnashing of teeth? Or nah?’

I’m willing to bet on “Nah.”

Never mind. Trump will abandon that suit the way be abandoned invading Chicago. Unless he can appeal an injunction to the Sinister Six, he avoids the courts like the plague.
