He wants the people responsible arrested, apparently because “triple sabotage” is an illegal campaign contribution. Reports are, White House staff was operating the teleprompter.
Kinda surprising he noticed the UN attendees weren't hooting and hollering the way his usual audiences do. Not surprising he cooked up the "bad sound system" lie as an explanation.
