A)  Pulte doesn’t know what “legal filings” are, does he?

B) She could have attached these documents to a motion for summary judgement already. How would he know?

C) Filing them with the court and discussing them on TeeVee are not mutually exclusive positions.

D) The latter is clearly a warning to Trump that Pulte is not a reliable source of information. 

D) When she wins her case, is that going to be “sketchy”?
