Q: Why are we seeing Americans being asked on the street to provide proof of citizenship in Minnesota? Is that targeted enforcement and are you advising Americans to carry proof of citizenship?

Q: Why are we seeing Americans being asked on the street to provide proof of citizenship in Minnesota? Is that targeted enforcement and are you advising Americans to carry proof of citizenship? So if the “criminal” is in traffic in a car, or in a parking lot or a store, or on school grounds or even at church, everyone in the vicinity is suspicious and must be challenged as to their right to be there?
KRISTI NOEM: In every situation we are doing targeted enforcement. If we are on a target, there may be individuals surrounding that criminal that we may be asking who they are and why they're there and having them validate their identity

Stephen Miller: "With the thousands of officers that we have now in response to the incredible threats and violence in Minnesota, there's within that an opportunity to interdict large numbers of these insurrectionists and then use them to gain insight into these networks and deliver criminal consequences."In the old days this was done by something called a “criminal investigation,” where evidence was gathered and cases were presented in open court. Now the government just drags people out of their cars, or snatches them off the street, or smashes their face and takes out an eye with a projectile, or shoots them dead in their cars, and calls it “deliver[ing] criminal consequences.” By literally committing crimes.
