Although some people say (!) this is just to distract us from the REAL news! Our family lost our loving companion Champ today. I will miss him. pic.twitter.com/sePqXBIAsE

I'm sure this is a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad thing. But frankly, I'm more upset that Champ has died.I’m sorry, I know some folks don’t like hearing any criticism of him. But this royally sucks. I’m disgusted. A lot of us worked hard to tee him up to restore ethics to government and believed the promises. This is a a real “fuck you” to us—and government ethics. https://t.co/NRuc7hpOHi

See? Two-fer-one!I remember when this dude had a complete indignant shit-fit when I blocked him, proclaiming that someone would have to be completely disturbed not to want to interact with a noble and reasonable a mind as his.

Dogs are morally superior to human beings, though I would imagine there are other animals who might not hold them in such high regard. It breaks my heart when one of my pets die, when my last two chickens died because my brother forgot to close the door and a fox got in, it was like the passing of an era. I didn't blame the fox for acting like a fox.
ReplyDeleteI have grown entirely skeptical as "ethics" as a profession. Especially an "ethicist" who tweets.
Darned convenient position from which to pass judgment.
