“Did George Bush ever condemn President Obama after Sandy Hook. President Obama had 32 mass shootings during his reign. Not many people said Obama is out of Control. Mass shootings were happening before the President even thought about running for Pres.” @kilmeade @foxandfriends— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 6, 2019
“It’s political season and the election is around the corner. They want to continue to push that racist narrative.” @ainsleyearhardt @foxandfriends And I am the least racist person. Black, Hispanic and Asian Unemployment is the lowest (BEST) in the history of the United States!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 6, 2019
Yes, he's quoting Fox&Friends, but here's the question: how many shooters drove 600 miles to get to the border to shoot people who looked Hispanic, and posted a manifesto about it echoing what the sitting President had said for the past 3 years, and then lived to be interrogated about what he did and why?
Because you know that other shoe is gonna drop, sooner or later.
And then it gets weird:
My statement regarding President Trump's call for bipartisan, bicameral cooperation following the mass murders in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio. https://t.co/Rz6moSkwY6 pic.twitter.com/OcAnArpF5t— Leader McConnell (@senatemajldr) August 5, 2019
Which, if you read it, is basically a commitment to do nothing, because "2nd Amendment" and McConnell is loyal to the NRA even when the NRA is imploding. But I include that just for context: this is the weird part:
As we commemorate #DDay75, let us give thanks for the valiant Allied soldiers who helped turn the tide of the Second World War on that fateful day. pic.twitter.com/mDaOLrSdqp— Leader McConnell (@senatemajldr) June 6, 2019
That is literally from two months ago. It doesn't include Trump at all (it ends with video of McConnell and WWII vets). Distraction? Patriotic fodder? What? Because then you get this equally weirdly truncated thread that starts in media res:
....are NOT planning to illegally subvert the 2020 Election despite all that has been said to the contrary. It all sounded good until I watched Kevin Cernekee, a Google engineer, say terrible things about what they did in 2016 and that they want to “Make sure that Trump losses...— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 6, 2019
....in 2020.” Lou Dobbs stated that this is a fraud on the American public. @peterschweizer stated with certainty that they suppressed negative stories on Hillary Clinton, and boosted negative stories on Donald Ttump. All very illegal. We are watching Google very closely!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 6, 2019
So I guess he's quoting Loud Obbs, and declaring "illegal" what Google's search algorithm does (on what basis I know not). But we're back to the conspiracy theory that sinister forces conspired to make Trump lose; but they failed, and so....?
Still really confused by that D-Day commemoration 2 months late. What, did he finally stumble on McConnell's twitter feed?
