Yeah, stare decisis is not overridden by an incompetence of counsel claim. Those 60 cases were civil, not criminal. Incompetent counsel did not deprive Trump of any rights as a criminal defendant.

But the other thing Discount Goebbels is doing is repeating the 18 USC 241 injury, claiming that only Democratic strongholds need to have their vote scrutinized, especially given so much rampant evidence of GOP cheating.

Always count on Miller to complain about black people being in the country. Anywhere in the country.

Miller is also arguing the DOJ must disprove Trump’s election fraud allegations before it charges him under the D.C. indictment. Except that’s Trump’s defense, not DOJ’s case, so Trump has to prove those baseless and irrelevant claims. Which he couldn’t do, 60 times over.

That’s how the legal system works, Discount Goebbels.
 

Also note, as I keep saying, Roger Stone attempted this strategy in his own trial -- by demanding a chance to prove RU didn't hack the DNC.

Didn't work then, won't work now, in significant part bc it's irrelevant to the alleged crimes.
