I know it's serious and all, but I'm finding all of this very amusing. Given me a lot of excuses to feed trolls, which old hobby I have revived. Argued with a dude about what 'outcome' means. Another until 1am about how Trump will have magical subpoena powers to relitigate 2020 and thus invalidate all the charges. Etc, etc.
Pretty sure more than one J6 defendant wanted to relitigate the 2020 election. They didn’t get to, though.
The courts frown on bullshit defenses. Especially since proving the bank did steal your money doesn’t excuse you from robbing the bank. And Trump can’t prove the bank stole his money. He lost that argument 60+ cases ago.
